IKEA Group is a multinational company, established 1943 by Ingvar Kamprad. Today IKEA have 355 stores in 29 countries. IKEA is known for their affordable furniture and top the lists in Sweden of most reliable and authentic brands. Their vision is
to create a better everyday life for the many people.

IKEA sent out a brief to Brobygrafiska. The task was to be creative and make a smart service that work both digital and in stores, in order to create value for the costumers. 

After our research we found out that most of the costumers plan their visit with the website or the app IKEA Store. So we decided to upgrade the existing app with these function and call the new improved app IKEA Plan:

- Improved search function

- The app can be used to scan and pay the products

- Digitize the map that also works as a child game

- Manuals and receipt available in the app after the purchase
